How to Get Started

To begin your project:

3. After the session, you’ll receive a detailed proposal and timeline

4. If you choose to move forward, the consultation fee will be adjusted against your total project cost

5. A 50% advance will be required to begin; the final 50% is due before handover

The consultation fee is non-refundable, but will be deducted from your final invoice if the project is confirmed

Refunds are only available if no design or platform setup work has begun

Once work has commenced, the project becomes non-refundable

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 21 consecutive days after the advance is paid, the project will be marked complete and no refund will be issued
