RETURNS & EXCHANGES
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- Clothing: Clothing items are eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds in the event of damage, defect, or incorrect item received. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Non-Clothing Products: Products such as journals, notebooks, jewelry, and accessories are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of damage or defects that occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days to arrange for a replacement or refund.
2. Return and Exchange Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, all products must be unused, in original condition, with all tags intact, and returned in original packaging. This includes clothing tags and other product-specific tags.
- For damaged goods, please ensure that the tags remain in place and the item is returned with all original packaging. This helps us maintain transparency and ensures the integrity of our return process.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- If your item is eligible for return or exchange, please email us at scarrozstudioindia@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a photo of the damaged or defective item, and a description of the issue.
- After verifying the issue, we will arrange to pick up the item from you. You will receive further instructions on the return process.
4. Refund Process:
- Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
5. Exchanges:
- Clothing: Exchanges are only available for size exchanges. If the size you ordered does not fit, you may exchange it for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Exchanges for a different product altogether are not permitted.
- Non-clothing products cannot be exchanged unless they are damaged or defective during transit.

Eligible Items for Return/Refund/Exchange:
- Clothing: Items with damage, defects, or incorrect items received. Size exchanges are allowed.
- Non-Clothing Products: Only damaged or defective items received during transit.
Non-Eligible Items for Return/Refund/Exchange:
- Personalized or Customized Products: Custom-made items, personalized gifts, or bespoke designs are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except for defects or damages.
- Digital Products: Digital Downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Non-Damaged Items: Products such as jewelry, notebooks, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective during transit.
