Orders are coordinated through SSD and produced by our selected production partner.

Delivery timelines depend on product size, quantity, production requirements and delivery location. The applicable estimated delivery timeline will be communicated when your order is confirmed.

Boxes are supplied flat and require assembly before use.

For larger or recurring orders, additional production and fulfilment time may be required.

Because customised packaging is produced according to the customer’s selected specifications and approved artwork, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

Change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, customer-provided artwork errors, or changes requested after artwork approval.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, transit damage or a discrepancy from the approved specifications, please contact SSD promptly.

Please provide your order details and clear photographs or video showing the issue so that it can be assessed.

SSD will review the issue and coordinate with the production partner regarding an appropriate replacement, correction or refund, where applicable.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final artwork and information provided for production before approval. Production will proceed according to the approved specifications.
