Custom Flat Mailer Boxes are designed for businesses that need a practical shipping box while still wanting their packaging to carry their brand identity.

The white corrugated construction provides a structured outer package for a variety of small and medium-sized products. The front-tuck format allows the box to be opened and closed without requiring a separate lid, while the flat format makes the boxes easier to store before they are needed.

Businesses can choose a printed version featuring their logo, brand name or other single-colour artwork, or opt for a plain white version when branding is not required.

The five available sizes make these boxes suitable for a range of products, including e-commerce orders, clothing and accessories, retail merchandise, subscription products, gifts, stationery, small consumer goods and other packaged items.

SSD can review the artwork and coordinate the production requirements before your order is processed.

Orders are coordinated through SSD and produced by our selected production partner.

Delivery timelines depend on size, quantity, production requirements and delivery location. The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated when the order is confirmed.

The mailer boxes are supplied flat and require assembly before use.

For larger or recurring orders, additional production and fulfilment time may be required.

Because customised mailer boxes are produced according to the customer’s selected specifications and approved artwork, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

Change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, customer-provided artwork errors, or changes requested after artwork approval.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, transit damage or a discrepancy from the approved specifications, please contact SSD promptly.

Please provide your order details and clear photographs or video showing the issue so that it can be assessed.

SSD will review the matter and coordinate with the production partner regarding an appropriate replacement, correction or refund, where applicable.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final artwork and information supplied for production before approval. Production will proceed according to the approved specifications.
