The estimated delivery/arrival date is determined during the shipping stage and depends on the selected product, quantity and delivery location.
Production begins after the artwork and order specifications have been reviewed and approved.
Bulk or recurring orders may require additional production time.
The applicable delivery estimate will be communicated at the time of ordering.
Packaging Sleeves are customised products produced according to the customer’s approved artwork and specifications.
For this reason, returns or exchanges due solely to:
Change of mind
Incorrect customer-provided information
Incorrect artwork supplied by the customer
Changes to the customer’s design requirements
may not be accepted.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, damage during transit or a product that does not correspond with the approved specifications, please contact SSD promptly.
Please provide:
Order number + photographs/videos of the issue + photographs of the packaging received.
SSD will review the issue and coordinate with the production partner regarding the appropriate resolution.
