Custom Paper Bags offer a practical way to package products while keeping your branding visible beyond the point of purchase. With two size options and a choice of brown or white kraft paper, you can select a combination that suits both your products and your visual identity.

The Small format works well for compact retail products, accessories, gifts and event materials, while the Medium option provides additional space for larger merchandise, clothing, gifting and other retail items.

The choice of paper stock also allows you to create different visual styles. Brown Kraft provides a more natural, understated appearance, while White Kraft offers a cleaner base for colourful and detailed branding.

These bags can be used for retail packaging, boutiques, events, corporate gifting, promotional campaigns, workshops, exhibitions and customer purchases.

Small

19 × 8 × 21 cm

A compact option for smaller merchandise, accessories, gifts, event materials and everyday retail packaging.

Medium

24 × 11 × 31 cm

A larger format suitable for clothing, retail merchandise, gifting and products that require additional carrying space.

Brown Kraft

A natural kraft-paper appearance that works particularly well with understated, minimal and earthy brand aesthetics.

White Kraft

A brighter paper surface that provides a clean foundation for colourful logos, illustrations, typography and detailed artwork.

White Kraft carries an additional ₹50 supplier charge, which is reflected in SSD’s pricing.

SSD can create or adapt your artwork for the bags as an additional design service, based on your branding and packaging requirements.

Orders are coordinated through SSD and produced through our selected production partner.

Delivery timelines depend on quantity, selected paper stock, production requirements and delivery location. The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated when your order is confirmed.

Larger or recurring orders may require additional production time.

As these bags are customised according to the customer’s selected specifications and approved artwork, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

Change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, errors in customer-provided artwork, or changes requested after artwork approval.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, transit damage or a discrepancy from the approved specifications, please contact SSD promptly.

Please provide your order details along with clear photographs or video showing the issue so that it can be assessed.

SSD will review the issue and coordinate with the production partner regarding an appropriate replacement, correction or refund, where applicable.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for checking the final artwork, spelling, contact information and other supplied details before approving the order for production.
