Delivery timelines depend on selected size, quantity, production requirements and delivery location. The estimated delivery timeline will be communicated when your order is confirmed.

The boxes are supplied flat-packed and require assembly before use.

Larger or recurring orders may require additional production time.

As customised boxes are produced according to the customer’s selected specifications and approved artwork, returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:

Change of mind, incorrect information supplied by the customer, errors in customer-provided artwork, or changes requested after artwork approval.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing issue, transit damage or a discrepancy from the approved specifications, please contact SSD promptly.

Please provide your order details along with clear photographs or video showing the issue so that it can be assessed.

SSD will review the matter and coordinate with the production partner regarding an appropriate replacement, correction or refund, where applicable.

Customers are responsible for checking the final artwork, spelling, dimensions, product information and other supplied details before approving the order for production.
