• If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a verified printing error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide clear photographs of the affected cards and packaging, along with your order details, so our team can assess the issue.

• Verified production or printing defects will be reviewed for an appropriate replacement or resolution.
